Job Description
HumanHire is working with one of the fastest growing financial institutions in the country to add a Universal Banker to their headquarters in Manhattan, NY!
What's in it for you?
- Pay: $25-30/hour (weekly pay!)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-4PM
- Weekly pay & benefits!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and help clients with their financial needs.
- Offer and cross-sell various banking products and services.
- Assist with opening and closing accounts and manage customer information accurately.
- Act as a financial consultant and guide clients in their financial decisions.
- Process banking transactions securely and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide specialized services to clients.
- Use technology effectively for customer interactions and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of banking experience
- High school or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
