Job Description
HumanHire has partnered with a growing banking institution with many locations throughout the New York City metropolitan area in search of a Universal Banker! They have been in business for 50+ years and provide personal banking services and business solutions.
We are seeking candidates with experience within the financial services industry.
What we offer:
- Location: Must have availability to travel between multiple branches through NYC as needed
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9AM-5PM, Friday 9AM-6PM
- Pay: Up to $21/hour
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, PTO
Job Duties:
- Process transactions including but not limited to ATM, item processing, cash management, wire transfers, and IRAs
- Document all transactions for ACH exception reports, deposit returns, stop payment releases/requests, government reclamations, etc.
- Process ATM and debit card agreements & changes
- Perform research on and resolve ACH/check returns, returned/expired debit cards, fraudulent activity, etc.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience within banking or financial services
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Must have availability to travel between multiple branches as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer savvy and comfortable with technology
