Job Description
HumanHire is seeking an experienced Unit Leader for our client, a leading medical center in New York. This leadership role involves supporting nursing staff to provide safe, high-quality patient care while collaborating with the Nurse Manager to achieve organizational goals.

Unit Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with Nurse Manager and staff to maintain high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor unit performance.
- Ensure the unit operates within budgetary guidelines.
- Act as a role model for staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- BSN required, MSN preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, with prior leadership experience preferred.
- Current NY State RN license, BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
