Mid-sized, midtown NYC labor & employment law firm that specializes in management-side representation throughout various industries seeks an experienced TRADITIONAL LABOR ASSOCIATE/COUNSEL to join its team (3++ years to Counsel level). This position will involve collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, unfair labor practice charges, and litigation in state and federal trial courts. The firm represents a wide variety of employers including some of the largest banks, those in the Broadway production space, food service and production companies, and many others.
