Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top, leading global apparel manufacturing company to help them find an Supply Chain and Production Assistant for their office in NYC.
The Supply Chain and Production Assistant will be responsible for supporting the buying team, along with the Sourcing Manager, by tracking and updating all delivery information in the system .
We are seeking candidates with 1 year of Supply chain or logistics experience within the wholesale fashion industry to join our growing team!
- Salary: Up to $55,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM

Supply Chain and Production Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assisting overseas offices in updating the system with upcoming shipments and ensure accurate tracking
- Communicating delays to the sales team, update the system accordingly, and assist in tracking orders
- Reviewing U.S. bookings to establish priorities for container assignments
- Managing communication of invoices with the import department for seamless processing
- Addressing and communicating any shipment shortages or overages to relevant teams
Supply Chain and Production Assistant Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade or Business, Fashion Merchandising or related field required
- 1+ years of experience as a Supply chain or Logistics Assistant or Associate in the Fashion Industry
- Bilingual is a plus
