Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct bank and account reconciliations and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting activities to guide financial planning.
- Partner with management to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Analyze and streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Acumatica ERP software is required
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word is a plus
