Job Description
Are you enthusiastic about making a positive impact on people's lives? We're seeking a committed Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our clients team in White Plains and serve as a source of hope for those in need.
Salary Range: Up to $95,000
- Sign-on bonus of $5,000 & Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program
Location: White Plains, NY
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans rooted in CBT and DBT principles.
- Deliver CBT and DBT psychotherapy to clients, parents, and families, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
- Track and assess clients' progress throughout treatment.
- Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals like psychologists, psychiatrists, and school staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in team meetings to review client progress and plan treatments.
- Maintain precise and current client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other necessary documentation.
- Adhere to all applicable legal and ethical standards.
- Facilitate and advocate for essential resources and referrals for clients.
- Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options within and beyond CBT.
Requirements:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing individual and group therapy using DBT or similar approaches
