Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician Duties
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues.
- Analyze mechanical systems to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety within the facility.
- Document service activities, including repairs performed and parts used, for accurate record-keeping.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments, including manufacturing facilities.
Field Service Technician Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems.
- Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and technical expertise.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed for service calls.
