What You’ll Do
- Generate and process service invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections efforts
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and billing questions
- Maintain organized and accurate billing records
- Work with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in billing, collections, accounting support, or customer service is a plus — but we’re willing to train the right person
