Job Description
HumanHire is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join a globally recognized law firm in their DC office! The firm has offices across the country & internationally and is recognized as one of the best places to work in the US!
We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of Paralegal experience within Real Estate to join our growing team!
What's in it for you?
- Pay: $125-135K base salary + bonus
- Benefits: 401K Match, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO
- Work Model: Hybrid schedule! (3 days in-office, 2 remote.)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and interpret legal documents
- Build and maintain databases and files
- Conduct research via internal/external databases
- Provide copies of legal documents to relevant recipients
- Organize due diligence documents
- Perform UCC Searches & document review
- Assist with legal billing processes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Paralegal experience (Required Real Estate experience)
- ABA-approved (Preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient in research resources - Lexis Nexis/Westlaw
