HumanHire is partnered with one the Top Law Firms in the world to find a Senior Benefits Analyst to join their growing team!

As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the firm's employee benefits programs.
  • Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid Schedule!)

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Stay abreast of local and international regulations affecting employee benefits.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors, negotiating contracts and service agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and conduct periodic reviews to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Analyze benefits data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on benefits utilization, costs, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Benefits related experience within a large organization
  • PeopleSoft or other HRMS experience required
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency
