Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with one the Top Law Firms in the world to find a Senior Benefits Analyst to join their growing team!
As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the firm's employee benefits programs.
- Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid Schedule!)
What's in it for you?
- Pay: $120-130K Base Salary plus Bonus!
- Hybrid flexibility - 2 days remote per week

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Stay abreast of local and international regulations affecting employee benefits.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors, negotiating contracts and service agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct periodic reviews to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Analyze benefits data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on benefits utilization, costs, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Benefits related experience within a large organization
- PeopleSoft or other HRMS experience required
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
