Job Description
HumanHire has partnered with a local company that works with many well-known, large name brands across the country in search of a Sales Administrator for their office in Freeport, NY. The Sales Administrator will play a vital role in efficiently fulfilling client requests.
We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of B2B Admin experience.
What we offer:
- Position: Sales Administrator
- Location: Freeport, NY
- Pay: $23-25/hour (weekly pay)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift between 8AM-6PM with an occasional rotating weekend OR evening shift
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, PTO, fully paid training, growth opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers by marking up proposals, contacting vendors, and submitting proposals
- Maintain contact with vendors to obtain pricing information, resolve pricing discrepancies, and obtain cost estimates for out of scope projects
- Efficiently turn around requests for clients & vendors in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of B2B admin experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs & computer/tech savvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
