Job Description
As the Revenue Cycle Director, you will be responsible for managing and improving the department's operations. This critical position will focus on maximizing revenue, minimizing expenses, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Details:
- Pay: Up to $140 (DOE) + Benefits
- Location: Seattle, WA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, hybrid flexible! (1 day WFH)
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the entire Revenue Cycle process, including claims, payments, credit balances, and insurance reimbursement.
- Strategic Goal Alignment: Develop, track, and achieve departmental goals that support the organization's strategic objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders on initiatives related to healthcare regulations, compliance, technology upgrades, revenue growth, and cost savings.
- Change Management: Evaluate the impact of organizational changes on personnel and finances, and guide staff through necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
- 4-5 years of work experience in medical billing/coding.
- 9+ years of supervisory or lead capacity experience.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and practice management systems.
