Registered Dietitian Responsibilties:
- Conduct detailed nutrition assessments and regularly review patient and resident needs
- Create and implement customized nutrition care plans that support recovery and well-being
- Work hand-in-hand with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, person-centered care
- Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and staff on nutrition and dietary needs
- Stay compliant with regulatory standards while maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Registered Dietitian Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition or a related field
- Current Registered Dietitian credential and NYS licensure
- Prior experience in a clinical care environment, ideally in long-term care or rehabilitation
