Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a leading, globally recognized manufacturer & wholesaler that has been in business for 30+ years in search of a Regional Sales Associate for their Central Florida territory.
We are seeking candidates with prior outside sales experience, preferably within manufacturing.
What we offer:
- Position: Regional Sales Associate
- Location: Central Florida (Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, Deltona, Melbourne, Clearwater, St. Petersburg areas)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
- Compensation: Base salary of $75,000-80,000 per year plus commission
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, 401K, monthly car allowance
Responsibilities:
- Develop territory sales plans & promotions to identify and build relationships with customers & key decision makers
- Travel to jobsites and attend tradeshows & open houses to demonstrate products
- Research and recruit new distributors within territory as needed
- Implement regional business unit & company programs with accounts
- Utilize CRM system to maintain communications & sales progress and create reports on expenses, shows, dealer visits, etc.
- Respond to customer requests, send confirmation & thank you letters, and call customers as needed
Requirements:
- Prior outside sales experience required, manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or Salesforce
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel to jobsites and tradeshows
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects & demonstrate products
