Healthcare Data Entry Clerk
Location:Â Tarrytown, NY
Pay: $20–$21/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | No weekends

About the Role
We are seeking a Healthcare Data Entry Clerk to support a busy medical billing, patient accounts, and revenue cycle team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in healthcare administration, data entry, or medical office support.
What You’ll Do
- Enter and update patient account, billing, and medical payment data
- Process patient refunds, credit balances, and payments
- Support medical billing and payment posting teams
- Maintain accurate data entry and financial records
- Work in systems used for healthcare billing and revenue cycle management
- Scan, file, and organize patient financial documents
- Assist with accounts receivable and patient financial services tasks
- Keep spreadsheets and records updated for accuracy
- Support general medical office and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in data entry, healthcare, medical billing, or office administration is helpful
- Comfortable working with patient information and financial data
- Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare environment
