HumanHire is seeking a Russian-Speaking Medical Receptionist to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Staten Island, NY. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-facing environment, keeps things organized under pressure, and understands that first impressions matter.
Compensation: $24.20/hr
Location: Staten Island, NY
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 5/8.5s- (7-7)
Stability: Consistent weekday hours in an outpatient setting
Team Environment: Supportive clinical and administrative team that values collaboration and respect
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Communicate clearly with English- and Russian-speaking patients
- Answer phones, manage messages, and route calls appropriately
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information
- Collect co-pays and process payments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Address patient questions, concerns, and basic administrative needs
Language: Fluent in Russian and English (required)
Experience:

1+ year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing role

Prior medical office or healthcare experience strongly preferred
