HumanHire has partnered with a prestigious Law firm in Washington D.C to find a Corporate Receptionist to join their growing team! The firm is consistently ranked amongst the top Legal 500 firms and has more than 75 attorneys in offices around the country!

What we offer:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 am – 4 pm)
  • Pay: $60,000- $70,000/yr

  • Please note* - this position is intended to convert permanently after 3-4 months

  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Assist clients with appointment scheduling, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
  • Address client inquiries and provide basic information about the firm's services
  • Offer beverages or refreshments to clients as needed
  • Provide general administrative support, such as handling mail and managing office supplies
  • Coordinate and schedule conference room reservations
  • Assist with document handling, scanning, and filing
  • Interact with partners dogs on-site!

  • 1 - 2+ years of similar Receptionist experience, law firm experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
