Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with a law firm in Hackensack, NJ.

- Handle commercial real estate transactions from contract/commitment to closing
- Draft and review loan documents
- Prepare closing costs and closing statements
- Record/file all documents and handle all post-closing items through issuance of title policy including completion of post-closing binders
- Interface with agents and brokers to prepare closing documents
