Job Description
HumanHire is partnering with one of the largest and most reputable multi-specialty medical practices in the country to fill a contracted Radiologic Technologist position. This exciting opportunity offers competitive compensation, clear growth pathways, and the chance to become an integral part of our expanding team.
Position Details:
- Location: Midtown, NY
- Duration: Temporary (3-6 months)
- Pay: $40-45/hr (experience-based)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality radiologic exams for incoming patients
- Ensure the well-being of patients during exams, promptly addressing any discomfort or medical issues
- Collaborate with physicians, responding to their questions and patient needs
- Actively participate in projects, meetings, and other tasks as assigned by management
- Perform diagnostic x-ray examinations and communicate procedures effectively to patients
- Prepare patient specimens for laboratory transport
- Assist clinicians with patient care when required
- Maintain radiology and laboratory quality assurance standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Radiological Technologist Registration (A.R.R.T.)
- Clinical experience is preferred
- Radiological Technologist License (N.Y.S.)
