Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily work closely with pediatrics and families to develop personalized treatment plans and provide education on mental health.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, educators, and specialists.
- Utilize evidence-based guidelines to provide medication management, therapy referrals, and care coordination.
- Provide telehealth consultations and in-person visits to ensure accessible care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within the EMR system.
Qualifications:
- Licensed NP and able to practice in New Jersey and New York (or eligible)
- Experience in pediatric mental health is strongly preferred.
- Completion of the REACH course is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ADHD, autism, and childhood behavioral disorders
- Ability to interpret developmental screening tools (e.g., M-CHAT, ASQ, Vanderbilt)
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills
