Job Description
HumanHire is recruiting an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across two new Class A multi-tenant office properties. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who combines strong facilities knowledge with excellent tenant relationship skills and brings a true ownership mentality!
- Salary: Up to $185,000 per year depending on experience
- Schedule: M-F, 9-5, on-call for 24/7 emergency response
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Life, 401K, PTO
- Oversee property operations across multiple sites including inspections, maintenance, vendor coordination, and capital improvements
- Provide 24/7 emergency response when needed
- Manage tenant relationships, respond to service issues, support retention initiatives, and lead tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Must be knowledgeable of HVAC maintenance and BMS systems
- Supervise on-site maintenance staff, ensure building systems are operating effectively, and schedule preventative maintenance.
- Prepare variance reports, review invoices, and conduct property walkthroughs.
- This position has no accounting or leasing responsibilities.
- 5+ years of experience managing multi-tenant Class A commercial properties (including multi-story sites)
- Strong understanding of HVAC and BMS systems and building operations
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Must have an ownership mentality - act as if you own the building!
