Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the retail shopping center, including operations, financial reporting, marketing, and construction oversight, while fostering strong relationships with team members, tenants, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Represent the landlord and maintain professional relationships with tenants, contractors, and clients.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues in accordance with lease agreements.
- Conduct regular property inspections, including evenings.
- Interpret leases and related property documents accurately.
- Manage lease compliance and engage with tenants through communication and interviews.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing.
- Collaborate with property management and accounting on operational and financial reports.
- Prepare annual recoveries (CAM) and develop the operating and capital improvements budget.
- Manage contractor relationships, including obtaining bids and preparing contracts.
- Supervise tenant improvements and capital projects.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for the shopping center, including events and social media.
- Collaborate with internal and third-party leasing teams to support leasing efforts.
- Be available for after-hours emergency calls.
- Implement property management policies in line with company standards.
Requirements:
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience managing a commercial retail shopping center.
- Comprehensive knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, operating budgets, recoveries, reporting, maintenance, contracts, contractor oversight, tenant improvements, and capital projects is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as Word.
- Valid driver’s license.
