Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day property operations and customer requests.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, work orders, and maintenance projects.
- Assist with customer move-ins, move-outs, and service needs.
- Maintain property, vendor, compliance, and insurance records.
- Assist with AP/AR, billing inquiries, budgets, and expense reconciliations.
- Update Yardi and internal property management systems.
- Prepare reports and support property projects, audits, and business plans.
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- 2+ years of project management or project coordination experience
- Experience in commercial real estate, property management, facilities, construction, or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with Yardi or another property management system is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, contractors, accounting, leasing, and property management teams.
- Work with a sophisticated portfolio of industrial and logistics properties.
