Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager with a major pharmaceutical company in the Princeton, NJ area (zip code 08540). This is hybrid role - 50% from home and 50% in the office per week. This role is part of the Digital Health Analytics team.
Position responsibilities are:
- Oversee complex projects for the Digital Health Analytics function, including managing the complete project timeline from beginning to end
- Create and update comprehensive MS Project schedules as well as Project logs using Raid project management tool
- Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors suppliers and project team members to define and meet project goals and deliverables
- Facilitate project ad-hoc meetings including scheduling, creating agenda, take meeting notes and prepare and distribute meeting minutes
- Follow up on action items from meetings drive to execute to completion
- Communicate with team members on a regular basis to inform team members of upcoming deliverables and action items
Position requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, information technology or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- MBA preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong project management skills including planning, organizational, relationship and meting facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience managing cross functional teams on complex projects
-Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent communication, client relations and follow up skills
