Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national Law Firm to find an Attorney Development Coordinator to join the firms growing team in West Orange, NJ.
The Attorney Development Coordinator will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing professional development programs that support the growth and effectiveness of the firms legal team.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a comprehensive professional development strategy that aligns with the firm’s goals and addresses the needs of attorneys and staff.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Manage logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement among attorneys and staff.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging training materials and programs that promote professional growth and best practices.
- Gather and analyze feedback from participants to assess program effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Professional/Attorney development experience
- Law Firm experience required
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
