Job Description
HumanHire is working with one of the largest medical centers in the country to help find an Procurement Specialist. This position offers competitive pay, clear growth guidelines & the opportunity to join a growing team!
We offer:
- Pay: $60-70K base salary
- Schedule: M-F 8:30am – 5pm (Fully on-site)
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Time
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end e-payables process, including purchase orders, invoices, and payments
- Calculating, posting business transactions, invoice processing, verifying financial data for use in maintaining records.
- Collaborating with the procurement, finance, and accounts payable teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Monitoring and reporting on e-payable metrics, such as invoice processing time and payment discrepancies
- Act as a point of contact for e-payable related question and issues
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Finance or Accounting a plus
- Use of ERP AP & Procurement systems/Bank software applications
- *Must be vaccinated/boosted if eligible*
