Medical Receptionist Job Duties:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly, providing directions and registering new patients accurately.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing necessary information.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with insurance forms and billing inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, manage paperwork, and replenish supplies.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and test results.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address any concerns or special needs.
Qualifications:

- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
