Job Description

The role involves ensuring accurate and timely follow-up on outstanding claims, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Pay: $24-28/hr based on experience

Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding claims and respond to inquiries via phone, fax, and mail.
- Update patient demographics, registration screens, and billing systems.
- Handle self-pay accounts, process payments, and generate receipts.
- Research and update workers’ compensation, no-fault claims, and Medicaid eligibility.
- Address customer questions and provide courteous, timely assistance.
Preferred skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of third-party regulations, medical terminology,
- Familiarity with Epic preferred
