- Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- $145,000 – $175,000/year
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
Overview
Growing orthopedic and spine surgery practice is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its clinical team in Edison, NJ. This is a primarily outpatient orthopedic/spine role focused on patient evaluations, follow-ups, and treatment planning with minimal OR involvement.

Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams
- Develop and support treatment plans for orthopedic and spine conditions
- Manage follow-up visits and ongoing outpatient care
- Provide patient education on treatment and recovery plans
- Document all encounters in the EMR system
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
Requirements
- Active Physician Assistant license in New Jersey
- Experience in orthopedics, spine, or surgical specialty preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume outpatient setting
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- No overtime
Compensation & Benefits
- $145,000 – $175,000 salary
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
