HumanHire is partnering with an exciting Med Spa to hire a Physician Assistant who will serve as the lead provider, delivering advanced aesthetic treatments while helping grow and shape the brand. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and passionate PA to step into a high-impact role where clinical expertise, client relationships, and entrepreneurial spirit all come together.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, with emphasis on:

Neurotoxin injections (core service, ~60% of business)
-
Dermal and advanced fillers, including under-eye
-
Biostimulator treatments
-
PRF/PRGF gel
-

Provide safe, effective, and client-focused care, building lasting trust and relationships.

Contribute to service offerings by bringing expertise in new or advanced treatments.

Support training and mentorship of staff, with potential to lead future providers.

Help build and retain clientele, ideally bringing an existing book of business.

Collaborate with management to grow the brand and enhance client experience.

Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain advanced skill levels.

Maintain compliance with medical standards, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

Experience:

2–3 years of medical spa experience required

Strong background in injectables and advanced aesthetic treatments

Prior training or leadership experience is highly preferred

Licensure:

Active Physician Assistant license (PA-C) required

Expertise in neurotoxins, fillers, and advanced med spa treatments
