Job Description
HumanHire has partnered with a leading sub-specialty practice in Greenlawn to help find a Physical Therapist to join their growing practice.
We Offer:
- Pay: Up to $105,000/yr (based on experience)
- Location: Greenlawn, NY
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (flexible hours)
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of treatment plans
- Perform various therapeutic exercises and techniques, such as trigger point therapy, to help patients improve their mobility and relieve pain
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques they can perform at home to support their recovery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
