HumanHire is partnered with an elite mid-sized Law Firm to find a Litigation Associate to join their growing team in NYC LI or NJ. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters.

We Offer:
- Pay: $120K - $140K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Exciting Bonus Structure: Up to $30K in Annual Bonus (Paid Bi-Annually)

- Hybrid Flexibility: 1 week in-office, 3 weeks remote
- Defend clients in personal injury, tort, and insurance defense litigation matters.
- Manage depositions, motion practice, hearings, and court appearances throughout all stages of litigation.
- Advise clients on case strategy and take ownership of matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documents.
- Partner with attorneys across the firm to develop litigation strategies and provide high-quality client service.
- Independently manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 2+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Personal injury tort litigation experience required (Insurance Defense)
- Active New York Bar Admission (New Jersey is a plus)
- Trial experience is a plus
