What You’ll Do
-
Process accurate, on-time payroll for assigned entities
-
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
-
Maintain and optimize payroll system configurations (accruals, deductions, tax setup, benefits)
-
Review timesheets and payroll inputs for accuracy
-
Support reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation
-
Coordinate union payroll reporting and external system uploads
-
Manage time-off tracking and payroll documentation workflows

Serve as a trusted resource for employee and manager payroll questions
What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of payroll experience (multi-state or multi-entity preferred)
-
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and tax reporting
-
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity, Workday, SAP, or similar)

Union payroll experience a plus
-
Detail-oriented, organized, and systems-minded
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.
