Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national law firm to find a Paralegal to support the firms growing Commercial Real Estate group in West Palm Beach.
The Paralegal will support attorneys in managing and executing a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
- Location: West Palm Beach

- Pay: $90-100K Base Salary plus OT and Bonus!

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
- Draft, review, and revise documents such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, and closing documents.
- Conduct due diligence, including property and title searches, and review of environmental reports and surveys.
- Prepare and file real estate documents with relevant government agencies.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain transaction files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Paralegal experience focused on Commercial Real Estate
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Proficiency in various legal software (Lexis, Westlaw, etc.)
