Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Paralegal with experience in handling commercial/business transactions for a law firm in the East Hanover, NJ area (zip code 07936).
Position responsibilities are:
- Prepare, review and edit Purchase & Sale Agreements (asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements and other legal documents)
- Formation and ownership of structure of corporate entities
- Review, respond to and organize emails
- Prepare legal correspondence
- Document management - Maintain and update electronic and hard copy files
- Daily communication with clients
Position requirements:
- 3-7 years of paralegal experience supporting attorneys in a law firm
- Strong technical skills - Proficiency in MS Office as well as experience with redlining documents
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client relations skills
