Job Description
HumanHire is working with a Distribution company in New York, to help find a Outside Sales Representative for their Lindenhurst office. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for door to door sales, meeting with clients, and building customer relationships.
What's in it for you?
- Location: Lindenhurst, NY
- Pay: $45k-50k + commission (plus weekly pay, full benefits, 401K, bonus opportunities & more!)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Identify new leads, conduct cold calls, present product demonstrations, and negotiate sales contracts to drive new business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, track sales activity, provide regular reports, and forecast future sales opportunities.
- Work with internal teams for order processing and feedback, while staying knowledgeable about product offerings and industry developments.
- Manage a designated sales territory or client accounts, achieve sales targets, and ensure timely order fulfillment and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Outside Sales Experience
- Experience in B2B sales or direct sales is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with territory management and business development strategies.
- Previous experience in technology sales or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage but not required.
