You’ll collaborate closely with top-tier surgeons and clinical staff, blending your expertise in patient assessment, procedural care, and aesthetics to deliver safe, compassionate, and detail-driven results.
What You’ll Do
Patient Care & Evaluation
- Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and patient histories
- Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and imaging as needed
- Develop individualized care plans alongside the surgical team
- Educate patients on procedures, medications, and recovery expectations
Surgical & Post-Operative Management
- Manage post-op care including wound assessments, dressing changes, and pain control
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment progress
- Provide skincare and aesthetic guidance to support recovery and long-term results
- Ensure continuity of care through detailed EMR documentation
Collaboration & Leadership
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource for staff and patients
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and training programs
- Maintain compliance with practice protocols and patient safety standards
What You Bring
- Active New York State NP and RN licenses (required)
- Master’s Degree in Nursing and graduation from an accredited NP program
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics preferred
- Background as an esthetician or experience with skincare and aesthetic procedures strongly preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent clinical judgment, organizational skills, and patient communication abilities
- Proficiency in EHR systems (AdvancedMD experience a plus)
