Revenue Cycle Manager
Location:Â Albany, NY |Â Salary:Â Up to $110,000/year
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee their end-to-end revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for strategic oversight of payer relationships, denial management, KPI tracking, and staff supervision, ensuring operational efficiency and financial performance.
Key Details:
- Salary:Â $90,000-$110,000/year
- Location:Â Albany, NY
- Schedule:Â Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (On-site)

Revenue Cycle Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the revenue cycle function, providing strategic direction and operational oversight.
- Resolve recurring claim denials, underpayments, and coding/documentation issues.
- Track and analyze KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop payer strategies and oversee complex appeal processes.
- Manage clearinghouse performance and key software/vendor relationships.
- Supervise department managers and supervisors, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT codes, CMS procedures, and medical contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial outcomes
Revenue Cycle Manager Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of billing, coding, medical contracts, CMS procedures, and HIPAA compliance.
- Proven experience supervising multi-level teams and driving staff development.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems and appointment scheduling software.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel-based reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
