Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients

Answer phones and schedule appointments

Verify insurance and obtain referrals

Collect copays and update patient records

Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR

Provide administrative support to the clinical team

1+ year of medical receptionist or medical front desk experience

Dermatology experience preferred

Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling

Familiarity with EMR systems

Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Full-Time

Monday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:45 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:45 PM
