Job Description
The Bilingual Medical Assistant supports a urology practice within a multidisciplinary healthcare organization. Responsibilities include patient intake, clinical and laboratory support, diagnostic testing, EMR documentation, and assisting providers in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to support diverse patient populations.

- Pay Rate: $24-30/hr (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8.5-hour shifts (7:30 AM–6:00 PM)
- Location: Brooklyn, NY

Medical Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage patient intake and document information accurately
- Collect and process laboratory specimens, including venipuncture
- Record patient vital signs and prepare patients for exams/procedures
- Assist physicians during examinations and office procedures
- Perform EKGs and point-of-care testing
- Sterilize and maintain medical instruments and equipment
- Support EMR documentation and provider/staff workflows
Medical Assistant Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant Certification required
- Current BLS Certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- 1+ year outpatient or lab experience
- Experience with EMR systems
