Director of Marketing

A fast-growing healthcare support organization with over 100 dental locations across multiple states, focused on delivering modern, patient-centered care. The Director of Marketing will lead marketing strategy, manage a high-performing team, and drive multi-channel campaigns to grow brand awareness and attract new patients.

Director of Marketing Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning for the marketing department, including budgeting, KPIs, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee brand development and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns, promotions, and product launch strategies.
  • Build and maintain media, influencer, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Direct public relations activities, including press releases and crisis communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance, report on ROI, and recommend improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to foster accountability and innovation.

Director of Marketing Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • Healthcare marketing experience
  • Strong background in digital marketing and brand management
  • Experience managing and developing teams
