Job Description
Calling all Maintenance Managers! We're parting with a local Manufacturing company in Nassau County in their search for a Maintenance Manager to oversee their maintenance operations.
What we offer:
- $110k - $120k Salary!
- M-F (6am - 3pm) with occasional Saturday hours
- Immense room for growth!
Duties:
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance tasks and repairs
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate HVAC, low voltage, and electrical systems maintenance
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize facility performance
Experience:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management out of a food/bev or pharmaceutical company
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, low voltage systems, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in using ohmmeters, schematics, and various maintenance tools
- Experience managing a team
