Loan Closer / Loan Closing Coordinator – Commercial Banking (LaserPro)
- New York, NY 10017 (Midtown Manhattan)
- $65,000–$80,000/year
- Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

A financial institution is seeking a Loan Closer / Loan Closing Coordinator to support commercial loan closing and funding activities.
This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing loan closing documents, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely loan funding. Strong experience with LaserPro and commercial loan closing processes is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review loan closing documents using LaserPro
- Assemble and validate complete loan closing packages
- Conduct pre-funding reviews for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate closings with lenders, underwriters, attorneys, and title companies
- Manage closing timelines and funding readiness
- Resolve documentation issues prior to funding
- Prepare closing statements and verify financial accuracy
- Post and balance loan transactions in banking systems
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in loan closing, loan coordination, or lending operations
- Hands-on experience with LaserPro (required)
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation and closing processes
- Experience in banking, lending, or financial services
- Understanding of compliance and lending regulations
