Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top national Law Firm to find a Litigation Paralegal to join the firms growing team in Roseland, NJ.
The Litigation Paralegal will assist in legal research, document preparation, case management, and communication with clients and court personnel.

- Pay: $50-60/hour plus weekly pay and OT

- Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote weekly!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests, and responses, as well as subpoenas and deposition notices.
- Prepare and organize case files, ensuring all relevant documentation is complete and accessible.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategy, including statutes, case law, regulations, and legal articles.
- Manage discovery process, including organizing and reviewing documents, tracking discovery deadlines, and preparing responses.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Litigation experience
- Law Firm experience preferred
- Proficiency in various legal softwares (i.e. Lexis, Pacer, Relativity, etc.)
