Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal with an established law firm in the Roseland, New Jersey area (zip code 07068).
Position responsibilities are:
- Prepare Litigation Documents and Legal Correspondence
- Prepare documents needed for Depositions
- Assist with trial preparation
- Review and gather relevant documents for Motions and other Court submissions
- Organize exhibits for Pleadings and other Court submissions
- Draft Interrogatories and Subpoenas
- Prepare and process Electronic Filings
Position requirements are:
- At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent technical skills including proficiency in MS Office
