Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national Law Firm to find a Litigation Paralegal to join the firms growing team in Los Angeles.
The successful Litigation Paralegal will assist in managing complex, high-volume caseloads and play a key role in case development, discovery, and trial preparation.
We Offer:
- Pay: $75-90K Base plus OT and Bonus
- Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote weekly

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
- Organize, maintain, and summarize medical records, discovery documents, deposition transcripts, and other case materials.
- Draft legal documents including discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and basic motions under attorney supervision.
- Coordinate and manage document productions, including review for responsiveness, confidentiality, and privilege.
- Conduct background research on clients, claimants, and expert witnesses.
Litigation Paralegal Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience within a Law Firm
- Experience with Toxic Tort or General Liability practice areas is highly preferred
