Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with an Am Law Top 200 Firm to find a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join the firm's growing team in Dallas. This role involves case management, document handling, legal research, and trial preparation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Commercial Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal
- Draft, review, and cite-check legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas
- Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, production, and organization (including e-discovery platforms)
- Conduct legal and factual research using online research tools
- Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation databases
- Coordinate and manage document productions and privilege logs
Commercial Litigation Paralegal Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience
- Commercial Litigation experience preferred
- Trial experience preferred
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
