Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal with a boutique commercial litigation law firm in the Parsippany, New Jersey area (zip code 07054). This position does offer hybrid flexibility.
Position responsibilities are:
- Drafting litigation documents including complaints and discoveries
- Correspondence with state and federal courts
- Conducting legal research and assisting attorneys with trial preparation
- Organizing case information including data sets
Position requirements are:
- At least 5 years of paralegal experience supporting attorneys with litigation cases
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency n MS Office
- Excellent communication and client relations skills
