Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national law firm to find a Litigation Attorney to join the firms growing team in Chicago.
- Location: Chicago (Hybrid Schedule)
We Offer:
- Pay: $130-140K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote per week

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and arguments.
- Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Attend court hearings and trials, providing strong representation and advocacy for clients.
- Collaborate with clients, providing clear communication regarding case status and legal options.
- Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions when appropriate.
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends to inform case strategy.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Illinois Bar Admission
- Strong academic credentials
